The hotel is approximately a 5-minute drive from the Root Institute for Wisdom Culture and in proximity to the buddhist temple "Royal Bhutan Monastery". Cultural sights in the area include the Archaeological Museum, which is 950 metres away. Guests will also appreciate the vicinity to Maya Sarovar Park, located nearly a 5-minute ride away. There is the 80ft-high Japanese-style statue "Giant Buddha" only 1.6 km away, and Bodhgaya Stand bus station is merely 600 metres from the comfortable Anand Bodh Gaya. For those travelling from afar, Gaya airport is 20 minutes' drive away.

During my recent stay at Hotel Anand International in Bodhgaya, I was utterly impressed by the serene atmosphere and exceptional service. The location is perfect-quiet yet conveniently close to significant landmarks, including the revered Bodhi Tree, where Siddhartha achieved enlightenment. The warm welcome I received from Mrityunjay and Kaushal at the reception set the tone for my delightful experience. The real highlight was the Bright Restaurant, where I savored dishes that harmoniously blended local flavors with international styles. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, offering wonderful options for breakfast through late-night cravings. To top it off, the attentive staff, led by the capable Mr Sanjiv, ensured that all my requests were met promptly, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the tranquil vibes of this beautiful hotel. The impeccable cleanliness and generous amenities made it an excellent value for a restorative getaway, ideal for both solo travelers and those exploring this sacred destination with friends.
